Key Points
  • Yttria aircore program identifies two major gold trends
  • Gold mineralisation traced continuously over 600m along two separate trends
  • Gold mineralisation coincides with arsenic and tungsten, supporting a related system
  • RC drilling planned to test the aircore targets
  • Representative gold intercepts from the aircore program
Full Summary

GoldArc Resources Limited (ASX:GA8) has reported results from an 11,000m aircore program at Yttria, within its Leonora North project area. The program identified two mineralised corridors over 600m long, entirely outside Yttria's existing REE resource and opening a new gold discovery front. Gold mineralisation was traced continuously over 600m along two separate trends, both open to the south across a 1.4km by 1.2km footprint. The mineralised holes are coincident with arsenic and tungsten, the same trace element suite associated with gold at the 137,000oz Mt Stirling deposit, supporting a genetically related system. RC drilling is planned to test the aircore targets, following the ~5,500m RC program at Mt Stirling, which commences in early August 2026.

Outlook

GoldArc plans to commence a ~5,500m RC program in early August 2026 to test the newly identified gold trends at Yttria.
