ClearView Wealth Limited (ASX: CVW) is holding a Scheme Meeting for shareholders to vote on the proposed acquisition by Zurich Financial Services Australia Limited. The meeting, held as a hybrid event, allows shareholders to vote on the Scheme Resolution, which, if approved, will result in Zurich acquiring all ordinary shares in ClearView. The ClearView Board unanimously recommends that shareholders vote in favor of the Scheme, in the absence of a Superior Proposal and subject to the Independent Expert's conclusion that the Scheme is in the best interests of ClearView Shareholders. The Scheme Booklet, Notice of Scheme Meeting, and other relevant documents were released to the ASX on 23 June 2026 and sent to shareholders. The Scheme Meeting will be conducted in accordance with the orders made by the Supreme Court of New South Wales on 22 June 2026.
