Forrestania Resources Limited (Forrestania) has given an undertaking to the Takeovers Panel in relation to its off-market takeover bid for Zenith Minerals Limited (Zenith). The Panel has accepted this undertaking, which prevents Forrestania from declaring its takeover bid free from defeating conditions without the prior consent of the Acting President or a sitting Panel. The undertaking will remain in effect until the Panel consents to its release or varies it, or the proceedings are determined, or two months after the date of the undertaking. This undertaking follows an application by Harvest Lane Asset Management Pty Ltd.
