D3 Energy Limited (ASX:D3E) has reported a substantial increase in its certified helium resource base across its portfolio for the quarter ending 30 June 2026. The company announced the independent certification of a maiden Contingent and Prospective Resource at its ER386 permit in South Africa, contributing to a 65% increase in the combined 2C helium resource to 35.6 billion cubic feet (BCF). Additionally, D3 Energy certified a maiden Prospective Resource at Hydrohelix and Cootanoorina within its PEL121 permit in South Australia. The company also commenced drilling at Nooitgedacht in the northwestern part of its ER315 permit in South Africa, aiming to extend the reserve base and support the conversion of exploration rights to production rights.

D3 Energy is focused on drilling, seismic acquisition, and securing an initial Production Right in South Africa, with plans to progress offtake and mature Hydrohelix towards drilling.
