Full Summary

Many Peaks Minerals Ltd has completed a significant number of key deliverables in the June 2026 quarter, highlighted by the delivery of the inaugural MRE at the Ouarigue prospect within the Ferké Gold Project. The maiden resource of 1.32 million ounces at an average grade of 1.54g/t gold provides a strong foundation for the rapid advancement of Ferké. Drilling in the reporting period that was completed following the Mineral Resource cut-off, has continued to demonstrate the scale, continuity and growth potential of the Ouarigue mineralised system. The Company also significantly strengthened its balance sheet through a strongly supported A$27.5 million placement. Exploration activity continued to accelerate across the Company's broader Côte d'Ivoire portfolio. At Odienné, the completed GAIP surveys have identified several compelling targets along the extensive Sassandra shear corridor, with air-core drilling underway during the Quarter. At Baga, the Company has identified multiple targets in grassroots exploration campaigns and systematic exploration has advanced from soil auger geochemistry sampling methods at Baga with 4 auger rigs completing over 10,000m over a relatively short period. The acquisition of Baga following completion of due diligence and encouraging results from regional-scale soil sampling further strengthens the Company's portfolio.

Outlook

The Company plans to continue growing the Ouarigue Mineral Resource, increase resource confidence, and advance the PFS. Exploration activity will continue aggressively into 2027.
