ClearVue Technologies Limited, a smart building materials company, has executed a formal subcontract agreement with Infinity Constructions Group for the supply and installation of its building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) products for the Canva headquarters development in Surry Hills, Sydney. This agreement formalizes the previously announced Letter of Intent and establishes the commercial terms for the project. ClearVue will supply and install approximately 660m² of integrated solar products, including Solar Skylights, Solar Balustrades, and a rooftop solar array. The installed systems are expected to provide approximately 75kW of installed generation capacity and generate around 88,000kWh of electricity annually, contributing to the building's targeted NABERS Energy rating. The products have been specifically engineered to meet the project's architectural and technical requirements.
