Dorsavi Ltd (ASX: DVL) has released its Quarterly Activities Report for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, highlighting several key milestones in its RRAM and neuromorphic technology program. The company confirmed the synergy between its RRAM platform and neuromorphic IP, projecting performance gains of up to 10x for robotics and exoskeleton applications. Additionally, all three candidate RRAM material stacks passed Back-End-of-Line (BEOL) compatibility testing, paving the way for the 22nm design phase in H2 2027. RRAM cells demonstrated stable performance up to 150°C under automotive-grade conditions, with zero thermal degradation. Technical analysis also projected a reduction in sensor count by 25-50%, a 10-100x reduction in wireless data volume, and more than double battery life. Dorsavi completed the design of its first integrated RRAM-CMOS validation chip, developed with NTU Singapore and ITRI Taiwan, and reinforced its exoskeleton and robotics strategy with several complementary announcements during the quarter. As of 30 June 2026, Dorsavi held a cash balance of $2.1 million.
