Key achievements include the commencement of GMP manufacturing of Galidesivir to support pivotal Marburg studies, an expanded CRADA with USAMRIID for dose optimization, FDA Orphan Drug Designation for Galidesivir for Marburg virus, regulatory approvals for Galidesivir use during the Bundibugyo Ebola outbreak in Uganda, and a Singapore patent for ISLA-101 to treat flavivirus infections.
