Michael Hill International Limited (ASX/NZX: MHJ) provides a trading update for the 52-week period ended 28 June 2026. Group sales increased by 2.0% to $654.7 million, with same store sales (SSS) up 3.0%. Australia, including Bevilles, delivered SSS growth of 4.8%, while Canada achieved another record performance with SSS up 7.0%. New Zealand saw a marked acceleration in the second half, with SSS up 3.6%. Comparable EBIT is anticipated to be in the range of $22.0 million to $24.0 million, up 44% to 57% on last year. The store network was reduced by six stores, with two new stores opened, bringing the total to 281.
