The company highlighted several key activities including Coralia, its subsidiary, entering into a 12-month Strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with A Healthier Earth, a climate-tech R&D subsidiary of Pure Data Centres Group. The MOU assesses the economic feasibility of A Healthier Earth securing a long-term credit offtake for a significant portion of the Biochar Carbon Removal Credits from Coralia's flagship Great Barrier Reef Biochar Project. Additionally, Coralia signed a Research Partnership Agreement with Swinburne University of Technology to advance biochar applications in low-carbon concrete, specifically targeting the data centre sector. The company also completed a field and pyrolysis trial at the Great Barrier Reef Biochar Project in North Queensland, aimed at assessing operational feasibility, feedstock quality, environmental performance, and suitability for long-term carbon removal pathways.

NVQ.ASX expects to have 3.27 quarters of funding available based on current cash flows.
