- Expanded re-crushing operations and irrigation
- Discovered high-grade gold and copper mineralization at White Dam North
- Signed term sheet to demerge North Queensland assets
- Appointed new Non-Executive Chairman
Pacgold Ltd. has reported significant progress in its operations for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The company completed its first two gold pours from the White Dam Gold Operation, marking a significant milestone in its Phase 1 restart strategy. Re-crushing operations have progressed with 120,000 tonnes of re-crushed material under irrigation and an additional 50,000 tonnes planned for early Q3. The heap leach pad expansion design is nearing completion, with final design expected in early Q3. Drilling at Vertigo and White Dam North has yielded promising results, including significant gold and copper mineralization. Pacgold also signed a term sheet to demerge its North Queensland exploration assets into Manda Resources Ltd, with eligible shareholders to receive 64 million shares in Manda. The company ended the quarter with a cash position of $3.8 million and received firm commitments for a $13 million Placement.
Pacgold is well-positioned to fast-track an early restart at Vertigo and drive sustained, long-term cash generation. The discovery of significant sulphide mineralization at White Dam North adds potential upside.
