BPH secured a two-year lease over a 3.4-hectare coastal site in Takalar Regency, South Sulawesi, and executed a four-year MoU with the Maritime Institute of Technology and Business (ITBM) Balik Diwa Makassar. The Company also advanced its R&D initiatives, including a testing agreement for its seaweed-derived men's vitality nutraceutical and a collaboration with Indonesia's National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) for a fucoidan-based anti-ageing supplement. BPH appointed Ifat Mazouz as Chief Scientific Officer and Francesco Cannavo as Interim Executive Chairman.
