Acumentis Group Ltd FY2026 Preliminary Final Report
- Profit before tax increased by 43.9% driven by improved operating margins
- Cash provided by operating activities increased by 96%
- Strong growth in non-finance related revenues and strategic investments
- Beta testing of new AI platform to commence in 1H2027
Acumentis Group Ltd delivered a strong financial performance for the year ended 30 June 2026, with profit before tax increasing by 43.9% to $2,447,000. This was driven by improved operating margins, disciplined cost management, and a favorable revenue mix. Revenue decreased slightly by 2.5% to $56,792,000, primarily due to lower volumes in finance-related valuation sectors, but was partly offset by growth in non-finance valuation and property advisory businesses. Cash provided by operating activities increased substantially to $5,106,000, up from $2,600,000 the previous year. The company also made strategic investments in various businesses, including a 37.5% stake in its Mandurah franchisee and acquisitions in Port Lincoln and the Northern Territory. Acumentis is also developing a new AI-integrated technology platform, with beta testing set to begin in 1H2027.
FY2026 profit before tax: $2,447,000 (43.9% increase)
The Board expects challenging economic conditions in FY27, but remains optimistic about growth in non-financial valuations and property advisory businesses.
