GoldArc Resources Limited (ASX:GA8) has entered into a binding agreement to acquire the Niagara West and North tenement package from Regener8 Resources NL (ASX:R8R). The acquisition comprises seven granted prospecting licenses and one license application located directly adjacent to GoldArc's existing Leonora South Gold Project in the Kookynie Goldfields of Western Australia. The acquisition will provide GoldArc with strike continuity to its Leonora South landholding and additional exploration opportunities. The Niagara West tenements, which sit immediately north of GoldArc's existing prospects, have historical and recent drilling results indicating high-grade gold intercepts and mineralized structures. The Niagara North tenement, located approximately 3km north of Niagara West, represents an early-stage exploration opportunity with a defined geochemical footprint but no bedrock drilling completed to date. The transaction is subject to GoldArc shareholder approval and other conditions precedent.
