Peako Ltd has announced the discovery of extensive gold systems in its Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) projects. Reconnaissance mapping and sampling programs identified an 8 km long quartz-carbonate vein corridor at Wadi Jarir with rock chip samples up to 41.5 g/t gold. New gold-bearing vein systems were also discovered at the Karak and Matar prospects in the Sukhaybarat project area, with samples up to 9.1 g/t gold and 22.9 g/t gold respectively. Additionally, high-grade mineralisation was confirmed at the ancient Ad Dirabi Mine, with rock samples up to 11.4 g/t gold. The company plans to follow up with high-resolution magnetic surveys and detailed mapping in preparation for a maiden KSA drilling program in early October.
