Regener8 Resources NL (ASX: R8R) has executed a binding sale and purchase agreement with Goldarc Resources Limited (ASX:GA8) to sell its 100% interest in the prospecting licenses comprising the Kookynie Gold Project for a total consideration of $2.5 million. The consideration includes $1.5 million in Goldarc shares and $1.0 million in contingent consideration. The divestment will allow Regener8 to concentrate on its Srebrenica North Project in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where Phase 1 soil sampling has recently been completed.
