Regener8 Resources NL (ASX: R8R) has executed a binding sale and purchase agreement with Goldarc Resources Limited (ASX:GA8) to sell its 100% interest in the Kookynie Gold Project for a total consideration of $2.5 million. The sale includes $1.5 million in Goldarc shares and $1.0 million in contingent consideration, subject to Goldarc achieving specific milestones. The divestment will enable Regener8 to concentrate on its Srebrenica North Project in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where recent soil sampling has been completed.
