Elevra Lithium Limited has completed the sale of its rights, interests, and obligations on the E45/2364 pegmatite in Western Australia to Wildcat Resources Limited. The transaction, valued at $16 million, includes $5 million in cash, $8 million in Wildcat shares, and $3 million in deferred cash. Elevra also retains a contingent royalty based on any future pegmatite discoveries by Wildcat. This transaction aligns with Elevra's strategy of focusing on its core North American assets.
