Drilling Update at Nooitgedacht in South Africa

D3 Energy Limited has successfully reached total depth in the second of two planned wells at Nooitgedacht, NGT245 D, within the ER315 permit in South Africa. The well was drilled to a total depth of 348 meters, on time and budget, without any safety incidents. The drilling rig is now installing production casing at the first well, NGT245 E. Both wells will be further evaluated and tested once production casing has been installed. The drilling success further demonstrates the efficiency of D3 Energy's operations and is a key step in their exploration and appraisal program aimed at increasing the reserve base in ER315 and converting exploration rights to production rights.
