Pilbara Gold's Mineral Rights Agreement Declared Unconditional
- Pilbara Gold's Mineral Rights Agreement with PLS declared unconditional
- PGL now owns mineral rights to 367sqkm of greenstone geology at Mt York
- Additional mineral rights complement recent acquisition from Trek Metals
Pilbara Gold Limited has announced that all conditions precedent in its Mineral Rights Agreement (MRA) with PLS Group Limited at the Mt York Gold Project have been satisfied. This development allows Pilbara Gold to explore and own mineral rights, excluding lithium and tantalum, over three PLS exploration licenses and one application covering 367 square kilometers of prospective greenstone geology. The mineral rights include a 1,500-meter extension to the Main Hill deposit, where Pilbara Gold's drilling has already returned promising results. The company plans to continue its 50,000-meter drilling program and initiate an airborne electromagnetic (AEM) survey to further explore the area.
Pilbara Gold aims to extend gold resources at depth and along-strike at Main Hill Extension and increase resources beyond 2.1Moz.
