Austco Healthcare Limited (ASX: AHC) announced the acquisition of Medical Communications Systems Pty Ltd (MCS), a certified nurse call reseller in South Australia, for approximately $2.88 million. The acquisition, expected to be completed in August 2026, includes an upfront cash payment of $2.24 million and a performance-based cash earnout of $0.64 million. The acquisition is expected to add approximately $1.88 million in net incremental revenue and $0.82 million in incremental EBITDA on a full-year basis. It is expected to be earnings accretive immediately following completion, excluding transaction and integration costs.
