Integral Diagnostics Limited (ASX: IDX) announced preliminary FY26 results showing significant growth with revenue expected to be approximately $788m to $790m, up about 25% compared to the previous financial year. Operating EBITDA is expected to be approximately $164m to $165m, up about 30%. The company also announced the appointment of Ms Jenny Martin as its new Chief Financial Officer, who will join on October 5, 2026. Ms Martin brings extensive experience in finance and operations from her previous roles at The Citadel Group Limited and other ASX 200 companies. Mr Craig White, the current CFO, will retire on April 30, 2027, after 4½ years in the role.
