• All five patients from March update remain alive in July

Adalta Limited (ASX:1AD) reported continued survival of all patients in its EW-001 mesothelioma study as of July 2026. All five patients who remained on study in March 2026 are still alive and on study. Among the 10 patients treated at higher EW-001 doses, three patients have survived for at least 12 months, and five patients achieved a Complete or Partial Response. The durability of responses and the emerging survival trend at higher doses provide a strong rationale for AdAlta's planned evaluation of higher EW-001 dosing in its upcoming Australian Phase 1 study.

AdAlta is progressing towards transferring EW-001 manufacturing to Australia and preparing for a pre-IND meeting with the US FDA in H2 CY2026. The company aims to establish an Australian manufacturing platform and obtain regulatory guidance to support the planned Australian Phase 1 clinical study of EW-001.
