Premier Investments Limited (ASX: PMV) has provided a trading update for Premier Retail for the 52 weeks ended 25 July 2026 (FY26). The company reported unaudited sales of $795.5 million, down 2.0% from the previous year. Premier Retail revised its Underlying EBIT guidance to circa $176 million, down from the initial guidance of $183 million. The company plans to release its FY26 results in late September 2026. Premier Retail has continued to make progress on its strategic initiatives, including the successful Peter's Dreamers loyalty program and Smiggle's strategic reset. The launch of The Smiggle Club loyalty program is a key milestone. Peter Alexander will exit its three UK stores due to sustained difficult trading conditions and a negative UK economic outlook. The brand will focus on its online presence and explore international wholesale opportunities. Peter Alexander will also return to Myer from August 2027 in 24 stores.
