Right Resources Limited has reported encouraging results from initial flotation testwork on a composite sample from the Blue Tungsten Prospect in New South Wales. The leading test produced a rougher concentrate grading 27.0% WO3 at 87.3% recovery, with only 1.6% of the original feed mass reporting to concentrate. The results demonstrate a strong flotation response from scheelite mineralisation and complement previously reported Heavy Liquid Separation results. The next phase of testwork will focus on confirming preferred flotation conditions and assessing cleaner flotation, with plans to incorporate coarse dense media separation and wet-table treatment of finer fractions.
