Dorsavi Limited (ASX: DVL) has confirmed that the fabrication of its first RRAM-CMOS validation chip has commenced. The company's manufacturing data package has been accepted by the foundry, and wafer processing is now underway. This milestone signifies the transition from design and data preparation into physical silicon production. The current wafer run is producing the front-end CMOS structures that will later support the RRAM memory array, peripheral circuits, and test features. This development is crucial for Dorsavi's strategy to address latency and energy consumption in physical AI applications, targeting markets such as smart exoskeletons, robotics, autonomous systems, and IoT edge sensors.
