The order, issued on August 10, 2026, requires Dateline and its subsidiary to cease operations until a final judgment is made in relation to a challenge by the National Parks Conservation Association (NPCA). The company firmly disagrees with the court's interpretation of the laws and intends to pursue all legal avenues, including an appeal.
