Operating earnings increased by 1.8% to $181.9 million, and a distribution of $182.2 million, or 25.5 cents per stapled security, was declared. The increase in profit was driven by net fair value movements on investment properties, while the distribution reinvestment plan raised $34.6 million during the year. The REIT also refinanced its debt, extending the weighted average debt maturity and reducing the credit margin.
