Dreadnought Resources Identifies High-Grade Tungsten Opportunity
- High-grade tungsten confirmed at Mangaroon and Mangaroon South
- Significant rock chip results include 6.5% WO3 at Nina, 1.9% WO3 at Mulka Well
- Systematic sampling and mapping of prospects to begin in September 2026
Dreadnought Resources Ltd has identified a significant regional tungsten opportunity in the Gascoyne region. High-grade tungsten has been confirmed at both Mangaroon and Mangaroon South, with numerous areas of known scheelite mineralisation remaining to be mapped and sampled. At Mangaroon, the Nina target consists of multiple quartz-scheelite veins over a core area of ~800m strike and ~100m width, with rock chip results including 6.5% WO3. At Mangaroon South, over a dozen scheelite occurrences were mapped but never sampled by Urangesellschaft mbH in 1982. Dreadnought has now sampled the first of those prospects, Mulka Well, confirming scheelite mineralisation with rock chip results including 1.9% WO3. Systematic sampling and mapping of the Mangaroon South prospects will commence in September 2026, while drilling at Nina is planned for the end of 2026 or start of 2027.
