Goodman signs 20-year lease at Tsukuba, Greater Tokyo, Japan

Goodman Group, a leading provider of digital infrastructure, has signed a 20-year lease for the first 50 MW phase of Tsukuba Tech Central, a 1 GW data centre campus in Greater Tokyo. The campus, under construction, is set to be ready for service in early 2028. Goodman will develop, own, fit out, and operate the facility, secured with power from TEPCO and multiple exclusive dark fibre routes. The campus features an efficient cooling design, acoustically enclosed structures, and is designed for AI and cloud workloads.
