QMines Ltd. has reported significant high-grade copper and gold intersections at its Mt Chalmers project in Central Queensland. The intersections include a 35-meter section at 2.88% copper and 0.75g/t gold, and a higher-grade core of 31 meters at 3.22% copper and 0.83g/t gold. The copper grades in hole 26MCRD002 were higher than those represented locally in the current mineral resource block model. These results are part of the metallurgical and geotechnical drilling program supporting the ongoing Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS). The company is continuing drilling and awaiting assay results from additional holes, with a 10,000m multi-rig drilling campaign ongoing. Metallurgical testwork is also underway to inform the DFS.

The company is optimistic about the potential of the Mt Chalmers project, with further drilling and assay results expected to provide additional information for the Mineral Resource update and the DFS.
