Alliance Aviation Services Limited (ASX: AQZ) announced that Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Stewart Tully, will step down after more than 11 years with the company. Steven Greenway, an aviation industry veteran with over 25 years of leadership experience, has been appointed as the new CEO and will commence on October 1, 2026. Mr. Tully will remain with the company until October 29, 2026, to ensure a smooth transition. The company is moving into its next phase of strategic execution following recent organizational changes and agreements. Under Mr. Tully's leadership, Alliance expanded its operations, strengthened customer relationships, and reinforced its position as Australia's leading provider of specialized aviation services.
