Pioneer Credit Ltd (ASX: PNC) has reported a record FY26 Statutory Net Profit after Taxation (NPAT) of $23.1 million, a 245% increase from FY25. The company invested a record $105.1 million in Purchased Debt Portfolios (PDP), exceeding its guidance. The company's disciplined investment strategy, strong operating execution, and scalable servicing platform contributed to the strong financial performance. Pioneer also completed two material re-pricings of its debt facilities, reducing the senior facility margin by 115 basis points and the cost of its Medium-Term Notes by 315 basis points. In July 2026, Pioneer completed an oversubscribed $17 million placement to sophisticated and institutional investors, strengthening its balance sheet and funding capacity.
