Boom Logistics Limited (ASX: BOL) announced its results for the 12 months ended 30 June 2026 (FY26), highlighting improved operational performance and financial results. The company reported a 2.4% increase in revenue to $271.0m, driven by strong project activity in mining, infrastructure, and transmission lines. Underlying earnings per share (EPS) increased by 48.2% to 32.9 cents per share, in line with guidance. EBITDA improved by 6.6% to $53.3m, reflecting tighter cost control, higher utilisation, stronger pricing, and improved margins. Free cash flow strengthened to $18.3m, supported by improved cash conversion, disciplined capital expenditure, and asset sales. The company also reduced net gearing to 39.5%, strengthening the balance sheet. In FY26, Boom secured and renewed more than $230m of contracts, including a significant renewal with BHP at Olympic Dam. The company returned $7.0m to shareholders through on-market buybacks and a dividend of 2.25 cents per share. For FY27, Boom plans to return 40%-60% of the prior year's operating net profit after tax (NPAT) to shareholders through buybacks and/or dividends.
