Stockland Corporation Ltd reported strong financial results for the year ended 30 June 2026 (FY26). Statutory profit increased by 20.2% to $994 million, and Funds From Operations (FFO) per security reached 36.9 cents, at the top end of the guidance range. The company's Net Tangible Assets per security rose by 4.0% to $4.39. Stockland expanded its capital partnering platform across multiple sectors, including new partnerships in Data Centres, Retail, and Land Lease. The company also welcomed three new capital partners. Looking ahead, Stockland expects FY27 FFO per security to be in the range of 38.0 - 39.0 cents.
