Megaport Limited, through its subsidiary Latitude.sh, announced a new portfolio of major infrastructure contracts, totaling approximately USD$359.4M (AUD$506.2M). These contracts, involving US-based technology providers, cover GPU and CPU compute, network, and storage capacity for AI applications and inference workloads. The contracts are expected to generate approximately USD$91.7M (AUD$129.2M) in Annualised Recurring Revenue (ARR) by the end of Q3 FY27. The contracts require approximately USD$207.2M (AUD$291.8M) in incremental capital expenditure, primarily for high-performance hardware. Megaport will fund this expenditure from available liquidity and a newly established AUD$825.0M debt facility.
