IPH Ltd, an international intellectual property services group, reported its FY26 results with a 0.4% increase in revenue to $712.8m. The revenue growth was driven by solid organic growth in Canada and incremental acquisition revenue, partially offset by a decline in ANZ. Underlying EBITDA decreased by 0.6% to $205.9m due to unfavorable foreign exchange movements. On a like-for-like basis, Underlying EBITDA increased by 2.9% from strong performance in Canada and corporate cost savings. Underlying NPATA rose 1.7% to $122.7m. The company reported a 16.9% increase in Net Profit After Tax to $80.4m, with fewer one-off non-underlying costs compared to the prior year. The company declared a final dividend of 19.5 cents per share, consistent with the prior year, bringing total dividends for FY26 to 38.5 cents per share, up 5.5% on the prior year.
