Global Lithium Resources Limited (ASX: GL1) has announced the approval of the Native Vegetation Clearing Permit (NVCP) for its Manna Lithium Project, along with the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation's support for the Manna Groundwater Licence. These approvals, together with the Mining Development and Closure Proposal (MDCP) approved earlier, complete the primary State approvals needed to begin early works at the site. The NVCP, granted by the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration, authorizes clearing of up to 875 hectares for a five-year term. The remaining Works Approval is expected before the end of September 2026, paving the way for construction to start.
