Forrestania Resources Ltd has announced a JORC-compliant Mineral Resource Estimate for the British Hill Deposit at the Company's Forrestania Hub, totaling 3,289,700 tonnes @ 1.66 g/t Au for 175,690oz Au at a 0.5g/t cut-off. The British Hill Project is located 75km SSE of Southern Cross in the Yilgarn Mineral Field of Western Australia. The mineral resource has been classified into Indicated and Inferred categories. The Indicated category comprises 2,030,900 tonnes @ 1.54 g/t Au for 100,260oz Au, while the Inferred category comprises 1,258,800 tonnes @ 1.86 g/t Au for 75,430oz Au. The resource estimate was supported by reported results from the first six drill holes of the current drill program, which comprised 1,940m. The remainder of the drill program is continuing with three RC rigs focused on resource extension along and down-dip. Forrestania Resources' Chairman David Geraghty commented on the update, stating that the resource provides a strong foundation for ongoing development studies and supports the company's strategy of advancing high-quality gold assets capable of generating near-term production opportunities.
