Comms Group Ltd delivered a strong performance in FY26 with total revenue of $74.5 million, a 31.6% increase from the previous year. Underlying EBITDA rose 52% to $8.7 million, surpassing recent market guidance. The company also reported a net profit before tax of $1.4 million, reversing a loss of $0.6 million in FY25. Additionally, the sale of onPlatinum was announced for A$30 million, expected to complete in Q1 FY27. Gross profit increased by 30.8% to $35.5 million, and operating cashflow was $4.7 million after accounting for significant restructuring and transaction costs.

FY27 guidance to be provided as the year progresses
