Australian Strategic Materials Limited (ASM) has announced the successful implementation of acquisition schemes by EFR Critical Materials, a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Fuels Inc. Eligible ASM shareholders have been issued with 0.053 New Energy Fuels CDIs or shares, while ineligible foreign shareholders have received cash consideration. ASM Option holders have been paid A$0.50 per option. New Energy Fuels CDIs will commence normal settlement trading on ASX from 31 August 2026. ASM intends to apply for the termination of ASM Shares and Options on ASX, effective from 31 August 2026.
