Polymetals Resources Ltd has reported an updated Mineral Resource estimate for its Endeavor Mine in Cobar, NSW, increasing the total in-situ Mineral Resource to 20.7 Mt at 7.5% Zn, 4.2% Pb, and 82 g/t Ag. The update includes 1.55 Mt of zinc, 0.86 Mt of lead, and 54.3 Moz of silver. The increase is attributed to the reinterpretation of the 1996 subsidence zone, which led to the addition of 1.3 Mt of sulphide mineralisation in the Upper Main Lode, previously thought to be part of the subsidence zone. The Upper Main Lode now contains 1.6 Mt at 8.5% Zn, 6.0% Pb, and 234 g/t Ag. The updated estimate reflects new drilling, mine depletion, revised surveys, and a more conservative density assumption.
