Full summary
OD6 Metals Ltd has announced a substantial expansion of the Mammoth Fluorspar target within the Quinn Fluorspar Project in Nevada. The target footprint has increased to over 14,000 square metres from the originally reported 9,000 square metres, following detailed mapping and sampling. The expanded target area is defined by a breccia and stockwork mineralised system extending over 300 metres with a width of up to 100 metres, remaining open to the east beneath talus cover and to the north beneath a silicified limestone cap. Surface sampling has returned high-grade assays, including 44 metres at 29% CaF2 with a maximum assay of 58.4% CaF2. The mineralisation is open in multiple directions, providing potential for further expansion. The Mammoth target represents a different style of mineralisation compared to the nearby high-grade Horseshoe and Big Jim prospects, offering the potential for a larger-scale, bulk-tonnage-style fluorspar target. Drilling is planned to test the geometry, depth extent, grade continuity, and scale of the mineralised system.
