The Takeovers Panel has issued new interim orders in relation to the affairs of Zenith Minerals Limited. The Panel revoked the previous interim orders dated 30 August 2026 and replaced them with new orders. Forrestania Resources Limited is prohibited from processing any acceptances for its off-market takeover bid to acquire all ordinary shares in Zenith Minerals or declaring offers to be free from any defeating condition. Additionally, Forrestania must ensure that the offer period does not end before the determination of the proceedings. These interim orders are in effect until the earliest of further order of the Panel, the determination of the proceedings, or 2 months from the date of the interim orders.
