Full summary

Vitura Health Limited (ASX: VIT) announced an update on its Doctors on Demand telehealth business. BUPA, a longstanding partner, will redirect international member referrals from Doctors on Demand to Hola Health starting 9 September 2026. This redirection, affecting around 77% of Doctors on Demand's total BUPA patients, is expected to reduce Doctors on Demand's revenue by approximately $6 million in FY2027. The remaining 23% of domestic members will continue to be referred to Doctors on Demand until the contract ends on 31 December 2026.
