Full summary
Pilbara Gold Limited (ASX: PGL) announced initial results from its 2026 drilling program at the Roe Hills Gold Project, located 100km east of Kalgoorlie in Western Australia. The drilling at Terra and Caliburn Prospects, 3km apart, aims to define mineralisation between wide-spaced historic drill fences. The results include 46m @ 3.17g/t Au from 92m including 18m @ 4.36g/t Au from 110m (26RHRC001) and 4m @ 9.91g/t Au from 144m including 1m @ 33.62g/t Au from 145m (26RHRC006). The mineralisation is hosted in basaltic and ultramafic rocks within an extensive shear zone, associated with pyrite-sericite alteration. The continuity of gold mineralisation remains robust and is open to the north, south, and at depth.
Outlook
PGL plans to accelerate and expand its drilling program at Roe Hills, targeting completion of its PFS by mid-2027.
