Finder Energy Holdings Limited (Finder) has received approval for the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the Kuda Tasi and Jahal Development (KTJ Project) from the Autoridade Nacional do Petróleo (ANP). This approval is a significant milestone, securing the principal environmental authorization required for the project. With the previously approved Field Development Plan (FDP), the project now has the key regulatory foundations in place as it advances towards the Final Investment Decision (FID). The EIS was developed in consultation with ANP, relevant stakeholders, local communities, and the public, establishing an environmental framework to govern development, construction, and operations.
