DevEx Resources Limited (ASX: DEV) has announced the renewal of the exploration access agreement for exploration licences 24921 and 24922, part of the Tin Camp Creek tenements acquired from Alligator Energy Limited (ASX: AGE) on 26 June 2026. The renewal secures DevEx's continued access for exploration as long as the exploration licenses remain current. This agreement was the remaining condition attached to $1.75 million of the $7.5 million total acquisition price, which has been held in a third-party escrow account since completion. These funds will now be released to Alligator Energy in accordance with the sale agreement.
