Crimson Consulting Australia Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Crimson Consulting Limited, has made an off-market takeover offer for Kip McGrath Education Centres Limited, as per the Corporations Act 2001. The offer, initially conditional, has now been made unconditional. As of the notice date, Crimson Australia holds 32.37% of Kip McGrath's shares, comprising 16,989,719 shares out of a total of 52,490,809 shares currently issued.
