• Arena REIT engaged with Administrator on four proposed tenants

Arena REIT Limited has announced that the Administrator of Edge Early Learning has entered into binding agreements or term sheets with six parties for the sale of 22 early learning centre businesses. These transactions include the remaining seven centres operated by Edge at Arena-owned properties. Arena has engaged with the Administrator on the four proposed tenants, including Montessori Academy at two SA centres and three other experienced operators for five QLD properties. Arena is currently undertaking due diligence on these proposed transactions. Rent is being received on all 27 Arena-owned centres currently occupied by Edge. The transactions are subject to due diligence, final sale documentation, transfer of service approvals, and assignment of leases.
